Terms and Conditions

– The $5 BTC new user offer is only available to first-time Bybit Card users.

– Unless otherwise stated, all rebates and rewards will be issued in Reward Points, equivalent to the value specified in the program. These points can be used to redeem rewards in the Rewards Market.

– Send/receive transactions and ATM withdrawals aren’t eligible. Rewards will be distributed after a 14-day risk review. Users flagged for abuse will be disqualified.

– All rewards under this program are distributed on a first-come, first-served basis. Bybit reserves the right, at its reasonable discretion, to modify the rewards or replace them with alternatives of similar value.

– Bybit may, at its reasonable discretion, amend or update the Terms and Conditions of this program without notifying users in advance.

– Bybit reserves the right to suspend or disqualify any users from the program and forfeit all or part of their Reward Points if they are found to have violated these Terms and Conditions or the Bybit Cardholder Terms and Conditions.

– Any abuse or fraudulent activity related to the issuance, accumulation, or redemption of Reward Points may result in the cancellation of all accrued points and any rewards redeemed.

– All questions or disputes regarding eligibility for the program or redemption of Reward Points will be resolved at Bybit’s sole discretion. Bybit’s decision will be final and binding.

– If a Card Account is terminated for any reason — by the user or Bybit — it will be disqualified from the program. All unredeemed Reward Points will be forfeited and are non-transferable.

– These Terms and Conditions must be read together with the Bybit Cardholder Terms and Conditions. In the event of any conflict, the Cardholder Terms and Conditions will take precedence.

– Users can earn Reward Points and choose how to enjoy their benefits — either by redeeming them in the Rewards Market or converting them into cashback.

– Only participants who have completed Individual Identity Verification Lv. 1 or Business Verification are eligible for this event. Please note that participants from restricted countries are not eligible to participate in this event.
