Terms and Conditions

– Users’ PnL will be calculated as the sum of total profits and losses from eligible contract types (Gold, Forex, Stock CFDs, Commodities, Indices) during the event, including positions opened only within the event period. PnL will consist of realized profits from closed positions and unrealized profits from positions open at the conclusion of the event.

– Trading volume can be aggregated across the user’s Main and Subaccounts.

– Only participants who have completed Individual Identity Verification Lv. 2 or Business Verification are eligible for this event. Please note that participants from [<a href=”https://www.bybit.com/help-center/article/Service-Restricted-Countries” data-lark-is-custom=”true”>restricted countries and regions</a>] (https://www.bybit.com/en/help-center/article/Service-Restricted-Countries) are not eligible to participate in this event.

– Trades executed by “Followers” will also be calculated toward the total trading volume.

– Users are eligible for a single reward across all leaderboards. If ranked on more than one, only the highest reward will be awarded.

– To qualify for gold rewards on the daily leaderboard, users must reach a minimum trading volume of $100,000 in eligible contracts.

– For the overall leaderboard, the top 3 users must reach a minimum trading volume of $30,000,000 to qualify for gold rewards. All other ranked users must meet a minimum of $10,000,000 in trading volume to qualify for USDT rewards. If a user does not meet the volume requirement for their ranking, they will receive the reward for the next lower tier.

– All rewards will be settled in equivalent USDT. Due to market price fluctuations, we determine such value for rewards as follows. Bybit may also provide additional USDT as compensation at its sole discretion.

· 3 oz of gold = 10,000 USDT

· 2 oz of gold = 7,000 USDT

· 1 oz of gold = 3,500 USDT

· 1 share of Meta = 700 USDT

· 1 share of Tesla = 400 USDT

· 1 share of Amazon = 200 USDT

· 1 share of Nvidia = 150 USDT

– All rewards will be settled in equivalent USDT value. Bybit will calculate the USDT value based on the closing price of XAU/USD, relevant stock prices and other benchmarks on the final day of the event. Bybit may, at its sole discretion, offer additional USDT as compensation.

– To ensure fairness, Bybit will review all participating accounts. Task rewards will be distributed 7 days after completion, while leaderboard rewards will be given within 14 days after the ranking period ends.

– Bybit reserves the right to modify the terms of this event without notifying users in advance.

– The leaderboard data displayed is for reference only. Final rankings and reward distribution will be verified and confirmed by Bybit’s Risk Control and Data teams. Users undergoing risk reviews will not be eligible for rewards.

– All participating users must strictly adhere to the Bybit Terms of Service. Bybit reserves the right to disqualify any participants who engage in dishonest or abusive activities during the event, including bulk-account registrations to farm additional bonuses and any other activities in connection with unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purposes.

– Users from Canada, Crimea, Cuba, Hong Kong, Iran, Malaysia, North Korea, Sevastopol, Singapore, Syria, Thailand, the United Kingdom, the United States, Uzbekistan and countries in the EEA and globally where TradFi trading is restricted are not eligible to participate in this event. The EEA includes the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Romania, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.
